Local Chapters

Advancing LGBTQ inclusion locally through

visibility and advocacy, education, and community support

It Starts With You.

The overarching goal of The Reformation Project’s local chapters is to help shift local Christians and churches from non-affirming to affirming on LGBTQ inclusion. Chapters use three primary pathways to further that goal: visibility and advocacy, education, and community support.

Chapters meet monthly and are centered around TRP’s core values: love for God, love for the Bible, and love for the church.

Visibility & Advocacy

Visibility and advocacy focused on reaching Christians in non-affirming churches

Education, with a focus on sharing theological resources about the Bible and LGBTQ inclusion

Community Support

Community support for LGBTQ Christians and allies, and as chapters grow, for parents and pastors in process as well.

Connect with a Chapter

TRP’s local chapter program is just getting started. Heading into 2020, we are supporting the growth or launch of nine chapters: Seattle, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta, Orlando, Sydney, and a virtual chapter in Latin America. Use this form to connect with the leaders of these existing or budding chapters.

In time, we will support the launch of chapters in additional cities, but we are limiting chapters to these nine areas for the first official year of our chapter program to help us build the strongest model for expansion and growth in the future.
